As we step into April, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement for what’s ahead for RRW.

Spring always brings a feeling of renewal — fresh energy, fresh faces, and fresh opportunities to continue building something meaningful together. And that is exactly what our club represents: connection, purpose, patriotism, and community.

One of the most beautiful things about RRW is that we are more than a meeting on the calendar. We are a circle of women who care deeply about our country, our community, and each other. Every time a member attends, brings a guest, shares a kind word, or invites someone new into our space, she helps strengthen what we are building together.

This month, I want to gently encourage each of you to keep our membership growth efforts top of mind. You never know who may be looking for exactly what RRW offers — friendship, fellowship, purpose, and a place to belong. Sometimes all it takes is one simple invitation:

“Come as my guest. I’d love for you to join me.”

That invitation may seem small, but it can make a lasting impact.

Our 5-Friend Challenge continues to be a fun and meaningful way to help grow our club, and I hope you’ll keep participating. If each of us simply thinks of a few women who would enjoy the heart and mission of RRW, we can continue expanding our reach in a beautiful and natural way.

As we move through April, let’s continue to:

    •    Welcome warmly

    •    Invite intentionally

    •    Show up joyfully

    •    Grow with purpose

Thank you for being part of what makes RRW so special. Your presence matters. Your voice matters. And the women you invite may one day say “yes” to something that becomes deeply meaningful in their lives.

Let’s make April a month of connection, momentum, and growth.

With gratitude,

Florence Allwood
